The Telephone Billing System was developed with an aim to provide a more user friendly platform for Staff to identify Official/Private calls originating from either their official Mobile devices and/or Office Desk Phones.

The eBilling System also generates different types of consolidated reports for mobile and extension calls to be utilized by ICTSS Billing unit for further processing.
